    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborates with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Key Users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the use of standard features whenever possible. Actively seeks out additional input to gain a complete understanding of the requirements.
    • Assists the Product Owner in managing demand, particularly in reviewing change requests, clarifying requirements, and analyzing the benefits.
    • Collaborates with Business Process Owners to design business processes, turning requirements into effective process solutions for customer-facing systems that align with business strategy, goals, solution principles, and standard features.
    • Oversees comprehensive process design, considering integration points, controls, roles, compliance, KPIs, and reporting. Ensures that processes follow company policies and meet compliance standards, including process controls and segregation of duties, and supports access and process controls in role and process design.
