      Responsibilities

      • Participating/ conducting the weekly/ monthly and quarterly governance meetings
      • Working closely with the onshore and offshore team to ensure delivery are completed on schedule and quality
      • Should have delivered transformation programs as well as Service programs, both in Fixed Price as well as TnM model
      • Ensuring the overall compliance in terms of SOW, Billing, Compliance etc
      • Adhere to the coding and review practices laid down by the team
      • Be equally responsible for the quality and timeliness of the modules you are working on

    We are seeking an energetic Business Development representative to join one of our customers in Chicago. In this role, you will drive growth, working very closely with Sales and key partners. BDRs are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within assigned account territories and segments.

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

    Responsibilities
    • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
    • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
    • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
    • Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets through proactive business development initiatives.
    • Qualify, nurture, and manage prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients.
    • Manage inbound leads from the company's marketing campaigns and follow up with timely outreach.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in a sales environment, ideally with experience booking meetings for Account Executives
    • Exceptional customer service, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
    • Comfortable with social media and Salesforce platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Salesforce App-Exchange for prospecting and outreach.
