Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and securing sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term success. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting leads, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations.
Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our Salesforce solutions and services.
Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend Salesforce solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Collaborate with their consulting and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively address client needs.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem or a related technology field.
Experience in consultative selling, with the ability to develop tailored solutions based on client needs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and sales reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
