Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst - Onsite | Full-Time

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a team in an onsite, full-time role. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective solutions
• Gather and document requirements, mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics
• Manage backlog requirements and prepare for execution
• Create test scripts and perform system & user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Develop training materials and support user adoption
• Optimize Salesforce functionality and contribute to process improvements
