Salesforce Business Analyst - Onsite | Full-Time
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a team in an onsite, full-time role. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools
- Business Process Knowledge: Strong ability to analyze and optimize workflows
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective solutions
- Gather and document requirements, mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics
- Manage backlog requirements and prepare for execution
- Create test scripts and perform system & user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop training materials and support user adoption
- Optimize Salesforce functionality and contribute to process improvements
