Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and define business requirements for Salesforce.com systems related to sales operations and effectiveness.
- Provide support for sales incentive and compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage sales reporting, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, identify gaps, and provide solutions within Salesforce.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and create actionable plans for optimization.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience within Sales Operations or Sales Effectiveness organizations.
- 2+ years of experience managing or providing support for sales incentive and compensation plans.
- Expertise in Excel Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, including reporting and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of sales reporting processes, data analysis, and creating actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
