    Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant - Fully Remote



    The organisation that you would be joining is a fast-growing boutique Salesforce Partner with a great customer base of large scale companies. The company itself happens to be the largest Salesforce Partner in their region and the role would give you the opportunity to be one of the first to join a growing Marketing Cloud team.



    As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be taking on a range of responsibilities from presales to technical delivery. You will be working closely with the Account Executives and accompanying them to Presales meetings and answering some of the more technical questions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As well as this you will be working quite closely with the clients and gathering requirements and recommend solutions based on those requirements. Another key responsibility of this role will be to work on the technical delivery of these projects alongside a team of technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts.



    Key Skills:

    - Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential

    - Certifications on Salesforce Marketing Cloud such as the Consultant and Email Specialist are essential

    - Previous experience working with a Salesforce Partner is ideal but not essential

    I am seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong functional expertise to join my clients team in Antwerp. If you have hands-on experience with various marketing automation studios and thrive on helping businesses optimize their customer journeys, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze marketing requirements, translating them into functional solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Guide clients in leveraging Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio to optimize their campaigns.
    • Provide functional expertise in marketing automation best practices.
    • Support the design, execution, and optimization of customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions with clients to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and marketing departments, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.


    Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a functional capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud studios like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Advertising Studio.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in Dutch + English
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
