    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform to align with the needs of the business and overall company goals.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, enhancing productivity and ensuring the platform supports effective operations.
    • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to develop and refine system requirements, prioritise improvements, and align the platform with core business objectives.
    • Design user-centric workflows and interfaces that simplify processes, boost engagement, and drive adoption of Salesforce features.
    • Analyse platform performance, user behaviour and process efficiencies, using insights to guide product decisions and improve service delivery.
    • Mentor and support team members involved in Salesforce development and usage, fostering an inclusive and results-oriented culture.


    Qualifications & Experience
    • Strong understanding of the Lettings industry, including processes and relevant regulatory considerations.
    • Experience with Salesforce, ideally in Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds within the property or lettings sector.
    • Proven success in managing CRM systems in a product or project management capacity, with experience in Agile methodologies.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams to drive project success and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Partnered with a travel arrangement business that is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Cloud platform Manager. This role will lead an existing team, manage vendors and work alongside other IT Platform Managers.



    Key responsibilities
    • Manage and develop the software development team(s) for Marketing Cloud, leading and motivating them to achieve high professional standards.
    • Ensure all Security and in-house IT Standards (architecture, design, development, testing) are undertaken.
    • Understand the organisations global marketing strategies & support brands' Marketing teams providing tech expertise, best practices guidance and troubleshooting.
    • Build, test & implement complex configuration or coding to support marketing projects & campaigns.




    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience of hands-on IT Development management.
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising, Personalization, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Audience Builder.
    • Experience working in an Enterprise account with multiple Business Units.
    • AMPscript, HTML and SQL knowledge.
    • Experience in development process implementation and improvement, ideally with experience at a multi-site global or regional level.

For this role you would oversee the in house salesforce centre of excellence and the relationship with the salesforce consulting business as well as being hands on with development.
