    What You'll Do:
    As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their product offerings. You will lead the strategy, road map, and feature development by analysing market trends and customer needs. Your work will directly influence how their products evolve to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from research and competitive analysis to budgeting, scope definition, roadmap development, and launch.
    • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, resolve issues, and implement product performance evaluation plans.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by engaging directly with customers and training them on product features.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while tracking progress and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
    • Directly oversee the project teams, including engineers and designers, to ensure resources are allocated effectively for project success.
    • Work alongside teams in Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Service to improve processes and deliver projects.
    • Communicate with external vendors, customers, and partners to gather feedback and refine the product for an exceptional user experience.
    • Continuously analyze business requirements, competitor products, and market trends to keep the product competitive and relevant.
    • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to broader team goals.


    Who They Are Looking For:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or business management software.
    • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with prototype exploration or complete design processes for software or web products.
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as ProofHub, Basecamp, Trello, Asana, etc.
    • Strong written, presentation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Critical thinking ability with an agile learning mindset.
