Responsibilities:

Sales Incentives
  • Manage and execute sales incentive programs accurately and promptly
  • Audit and establish territory alignments, sales objectives, and statements for review
  • Ensure adherence to incentive program regulations and facilitate discrepancy resolution
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to optimize sales incentive program workflows


Reports & Dashboards
  • Design reports and dashboards containing vital sales incentive metrics for senior management review
  • Monitor reporting usage in Salesforce.com to ensure access to essential data for sales reps and leaders
  • Provide insights and analysis to bolster sales strategies and decision-making


Collaboration and Process Improvement
  • Contribute to developing and documenting standard operating procedures
  • Evaluate and manage sales support tools to maximize capabilities and enhance efficiencies
  • Partner with the training team to ensure thorough training on key tools and technology for the sales team


Project Support
  • Collaborate with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to ensure the success of key projects and initiatives


Qualifications:

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Effectiveness
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supporting sales incentive and compensation plans
  • Proficiency in Excel Power Query and Power Pivot
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with sales reporting and dashboards in Salesforce or other software


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to utilize advanced Excel functions with large datasets
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM software with knowledge of SQL for query retrieval
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction in group and one-on-one settings
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking and managing various stakeholders
  • Data analysis skills for process improvement and identifying opportunities
  • Problem-solving abilities and operational excellence
  • Self-starter with the capability to focus on goals with minimal supervision
