    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Serve as primary system Developer/Administrator for Applications not limited to Salesforce/nCino, fnformatica, Box, DocuSign, Own Backup, Foxtrot, SQL Server etc.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of all types of nCino business rules, forms, tools, users, permission sets, groups, profiles, objects, fields, and roles.
    • Design, document, and implement solutions by creating or modifying system workflows, dashboards, and reports to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.
    • Manage nCino enhancements by testing new functionality, deploying to a production environment, and communicating to end-users; Monitor nCino updates and address system configuration updates where needed.
    • Develop working relationships with nCino' s support department.
    • Educate business units on new nCino features.
    • Provide support for internal user requests while troubleshooting issues, escalating items to management, and nCino technical support as needed.
    • Partner with Loan Coordinators and Business Units to remain aware of technology and process challenges and needs.
    • Identify and communicate risks related to process and configuration changes while analyzing requirements and developing solutions across all applications.
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, validations, and other routine tasks.
    • Assist in training of new users, preparing training material, and grow the applications skill set across the organization.
    • Ability to learn, implement & support Foxtrot RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool to help automate manual tasks via scripts.
    • Work with loan operations to understand challenges and automate core business processes.
    • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
    • Manage Salesforce, Informatica, nCino data feeds and other integrations.
    • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
    • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, customers, and the application development teams.


    Skills Required:
    • Previous experience working on multiple applications.
    • Knowledge about nCino (Bank Operating System), Fiserv & Q2
    • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce/nCino platform and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
    • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
