Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed user stories and test case scenarios
• Provide Quality Criteria to assist with definition of test strategy, test planning, system testing and UAT planning, including the provision of test data and expected results.
• SME in the business processes and how IT systems are used in support of them
• Manage stakeholder expectations using a robust communications strategy

Requirements

• Stakeholder management and engagement skills including Business, IT and 3rd Party Vendors
• Take ownership and responsibility to identify issues and risks and drive stakeholders to resolution and management of these.

It will play a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce to streamline sales and customer relationship management processes. The candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.



Key responsibilities

• Work with Senior Stakeholders to gather and document requirements

Location- Fully remote UK wide , Start date- ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent, Hours- Full Time, Salary - £55,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience)

A FX business is actively seeking a new salesforce Engineer to join their team growing salesforce internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement the best Salesforce architectural solutions
• Express, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing code.
• Collaborate with the QA Engineers, Business Analysts and key business users to test the stories
• Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, and other technologies to build customised solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer
