    We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of key features within the Salesforce environment and play a vital role in the adoption and optimization of the platform. This role is critical to ensuring that the system is effectively meeting business needs and delivering value to internal teams across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Feature Ownership & Adoption: Take the lead in managing and driving the adoption of Salesforce features in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that improve system utilization.
    • User Engagement: Provide hands-on support to business users, ensuring their needs are addressed through effective case management, user support, and troubleshooting. Conduct training and onboarding sessions to promote feature adoption.
    • Salesforce Configuration: Manage and configure Salesforce features such as Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Objects, and more to meet business requirements.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Capture and document business requirements from working sessions with stakeholders, and transform them into actionable user stories. Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date documentation.
    • Platform Optimization: Identify opportunities for platform improvements and ensure the Salesforce instance is optimized for business needs. Research and stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases.
    • Data Management & Compliance: Oversee data quality, user permissions, and compliance activities. Support bulk data updates and maintain data integrity.
    • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct QA testing for new features and system updates. Ensure that new releases are stable and meet business requirements before full deployment.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Manage case queues to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Support user troubleshooting and access management.
    • Create user-facing documentation and training materials for both business users and admins
    • Coordinate and distribute release notes and feature updates.
    • Maintain configuration workbooks and track project progress in real-time.

    Required Experience & Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Administrator (or equivalent).
    • Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, automation, and custom feature development. Experience with Salesforce Flow, Data Loader, and Excel is required.
    • Technical Skills: Experience with tools such as JIRA, DevOps, and Salesforce Analytics. Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and related Salesforce optimization tools is a plus.
    • Project Lifecycle Experience: Ability to support and manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful post-launch adoption and user satisfaction.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
