Primary Responsibilities:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement customized CRM solutions and reporting processes.
* Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM system, tracking client interactions, sales, and service activities.
* Utilize Tableau to design and maintain reports, leading the development of management reports that support performance monitoring and business analysis.
* Generate and analyze reports tracking key metrics, client engagement, and business outcomes.
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of client data, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 3-6 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on client relationship management.
* Financial services experience preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, data analysis, Tableau reporting, and SQL.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
