    Key Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Architect will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices are followed, and lead the development team in delivering customized solutions that drive business success.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Solution Design: Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Salesforce's core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Customization & Integration: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and third-party integrations to meet specific business needs.
    • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and overall system architecture.
    • Architectural Strategy: Define and enforce Salesforce architecture and integration strategies for the organization, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand and refine business processes, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
    • Data Management: Lead data migration, data management, and integration processes with third-party systems.
    • System Optimization: Ensure optimal system performance, uptime, and stability through monitoring, maintenance, and regular upgrades.
    • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 1 year in an architecture or leadership role.
    • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or other relevant certifications.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Salesforce APIs, and integrations with other systems (REST, SOAP, etc.).
