The Role
As a
Salesforce Application Manager, you will:
✅ Oversee the
design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications across the business
✅ Lead
declarative programming efforts using
Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools ✅ Work with
Apex when required to support complex business requirements
✅ Act as a
business consultant, managing internal stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
✅ Play a key role in a
global team, working on projects with international impact
✅ Contribute to future
Salesforce implementations, including
Commerce CloudWhat They Are Looking For
✔
5+ years of Salesforce experience in a technical consulting or application management role
✔ Strong
declarative programming skills with hands-on experience in
Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools ✔ Comfortable with
Apex development when required
✔ Experience working across
multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Pardot, etc.)
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to
bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs ✔ Fluent in
English (no other languages required)
✔ Based in
Belgium, with
