We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Territoy Director to join our clients team. This role will focus on driving the growth of transformative data and AI engineering services and solutions into key accounts. You will work with top-tier partners like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc, alongside a diverse team of Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Execute a comprehensive strategy to generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, regional events, and more to increase market share and raise awareness within the designated region.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Overlay Sellers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to scope and present tailored solutions to prospective clients and key decision-makers.
  • Brand Accountability: Take ownership of the brand for your accounts, ensuring sales success, seamless delivery, and excellent customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the account.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, champions, and budget owners across different departments and lines of business.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast, manage pipeline activities, and provide timely updates on deal progress to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets related to data engineering, analytics, and managed services offerings.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the data engineering, analytics, or AI solutions space.
  • Strong relationships with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Tableau, or similar ecosystem partners.
  • Excellent ability to navigate organizational hierarchies and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and deliver consistent updates.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.


Location: Regional, remote options available with occasional travel.
