About the Role
We are looking for a skilled
Salesforce Administrator with expertise in
Sales and Service Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our sales and customer service teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and ensure the platform aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, ensuring smooth operation and user experience.
- Optimize sales processes, lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting to enhance team productivity.
- Manage case management, knowledge base, and automation workflows within Service Cloud to improve customer support.
- Customize Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder to meet business needs.
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure adoption and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement Salesforce best practices.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required; Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline forecasting, and case management.
- Experience with automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, customer service, and IT teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
