    Role Overview:

    As a Salesforce Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from initial planning and design through to implementation and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, managing risks and issues as they arise.
    • Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliver the intended value to the business.
    • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and performance metrics.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environments


    Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ year's work experience
    • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle programmes, ideally CRM and/or cloud based solutions
    • Strong knowledge of agile delivery management methodologies (ie. Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software delivery principles with a proven track record in on-time and on-budget delivery
    • Demonstrable coaching experience, fostering and empowering high performance teams
    • Experience leading or supporting squads from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams incl. P&L and forecasting
    • Commercially minded, detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience within Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech or Business Services industries is beneficial
    • Salesforce certifications are beneficial

    Position Overview

    • Direct client interaction experience.

    • Proficient in using Jira.


    Technical Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of Java, Maven, Spring, JSF, Angular, ApiRest, PLSQL.
    • Experience with continuous integration environments (Sonar, Nexus, Jenkins, Bamboo).
    • Code repository management (git and svn).
    • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and troubleshooting.
    • AWS cloud project experience (desirable).
    • Agile methodologies knowledge.



    Preferred Skills:
    • Database knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
    • Familiarity with persistence frameworks (MyBatis, Hibernate).
    • Experience with API Manager and Service Bus.

The position requires a commitment of three days per week on-site to lead and manage the Salesforce team.     • Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud
