About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with a deep understanding of the higher education sector to help institutions leverage Salesforce to enhance student engagement, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in higher education and a strong background in Salesforce implementation, customization, and solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with colleges and universities to assess their needs and design tailored Salesforce Education Cloud solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration to optimize student lifecycle management.
• Implement and customize Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA) and related products to improve recruitment, admissions, student success, and alumni engagement.
• Develop and deliver training to higher ed staff on Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration with student information systems (SIS), learning management systems (LMS), and other higher ed tools.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations in the education sector and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in higher education operations, technology, or student services.
• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, or development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Education Cloud, EDA, and CRM Analytics.
• Strong understanding of higher education processes (e.g., recruitment, admissions, student success, advancement).
• Experience with SIS and LMS integrations (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft, Workday, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Education Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
