Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, configure, develop, and support key tools and integrations within the Salesforce platform. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and leadership, providing technical expertise and guidance while contributing to a strategic implementation of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  Configure and customize the Salesforce platform.
• 
  
  Ensure platform stability, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for enhancements.
• 
  
  Develop and implement solutions using Apex and Visualforce.
• 
  
  Plan and perform application updates, upgrades, and releases.
• 
  
  Integrate proprietary and third-party systems with Salesforce.
• 
  
  Provide technical leadership in solution design and implementation.
• 
  
  Assist with requirements gathering, offer strategic recommendations, and guide stakeholders through system changes.
• 
  
  Maintain documentation and enforce best practices for development standards.

Qualifications

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 
  
  Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, workflows, and dashboards.
• 
  
  Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration strategies.
• 
  
  Broad engineering experience with a focus on system architecture and efficiency.
• 
  
  Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
• 
  
  Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
