    About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with over 4 years of expertise in Salesforce implementation, particularly within a Salesforce partner organization. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the overall design and architecture of Salesforce projects, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and leading the development of Salesforce implementations from start to finish. You will be integral in ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of the overall design and architecture for Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet client needs.
    • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for Salesforce solutions.
    • Develop and maintain the Salesforce data model for various implementation projects.
    • Recommend Salesforce best practices to ensure effective solution design and delivery.
    • Oversee and manage the development process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, Developers, and the Technical Architect to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Work directly with clients, demonstrating professional knowledge to ensure all work products and deliverables exceed client expectations.
    • Leverage industry-standard consulting methods, techniques, tools, and frameworks to deliver high-quality, value-added services and work products to clients.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in owning and designing complex Salesforce projects.
    • Salesforce certifications are highly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect).
    • Strong experience in client-facing consulting engagements, with a focus on understanding business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
    • Proven ability to formulate data models and apply them effectively within Salesforce implementations.
    • Experience with Agile development frameworks and practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to be flexible and creative when faced with changing client needs or project challenges.


    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
