This hybrid role will primarily support our existing Salesforce landscapes by ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining best practices across the platform. The Salesforce Admin will focus on administration, configuration, and user support to ensure that Salesforce is running efficiently and meets the evolving needs of the business.

Job Duties:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and other basic configurations to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support to resolve problems.
• Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Implement validation rules and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Work with senior Salesforce administrators to expand knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
