Salary - $100,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities:
Salesforce and Systems Administration:
- Design and enhance Salesforce environments to optimize client management across all programs and departments.
- Lead both small- and large-scale Salesforce implementations for various organizational functions.
- Collaborate with programs and administrative teams to develop innovative strategies for improved processes and personalized engagement.
- Partner with program teams and/or external consultants to create technology solutions tailored to program needs.
- Mentor and oversee Salesforce Administrators to implement and manage projects effectively.
- Act as the organization's subject matter expert on Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Provide expertise on data structures and modeling.
- Perform core administrator tasks, including user management, roles, profiles, declarative automation, and storage management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues affecting multiple departments.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes and policies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Program Partnership and Strategy:
- Foster a culture that embraces data and technology as tools for continuous improvement.
- Establish metrics and systems to collect and evaluate program performance data within and across programs.
- Collaborate with program staff to implement process improvements that enhance data quality.
- Align data tracking and measurement systems with the organization's strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships and provide ongoing support to Salesforce users.
- Assist program managers in strengthening compliance practices for programs and contracts.
Reporting and Support:
- Integrate data from multiple platforms to streamline reporting.
- Generate ad hoc reports for program and administrative purposes.
- Create and manage reporting and dashboard solutions to provide decision-making insights at all organizational levels.
- Facilitate end-user training and ensure broad understanding of technical solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Salesforce certification(s) required.
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Experience Sites, and Flow.
- Basic understanding of Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components for advanced customization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with middleware tools like Datablend.
- Advanced SQL administration skills preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) preferred.
- Proven ability to create and maintain technical end-user documentation.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to collaborate with diverse staff levels while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
