Role & Responsibilities
Lead technical development of CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
Lead data modeling efforts to define data requirements, business rules, and design both logical and physical solutions, including downstream processes.
Join project meetings and collaborate with internal teams, clients, architects, analyst, managers and quality control, providing project status and updates.
Define and communicate technical approaches for SDLC, data migration, integrations, and reporting, in collaboration with the project management team.
Examine, assess, and document business, functional and technical requirements.
Lead the documentation and development process, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
Assist in the development of internal products and accelerators for upcoming client projects.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Skills & Qualifications
Experienced in Asset & Wealth Management.
2+ years of experience in CRM development (Apex, LWCs, and PCF Controls for Salesforce and Dynamics).
Experienced with front end web-development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, React, Angular etc.)
Experience with application integration including API (particularly REST) and familiarity with common IPass solutions ( Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) languages like Python, Ruby, Java, or similar language.
Experienced in data modeling and SQL.
Experience with the following would be an advantage:
Data handling with AI/ML: Python, R.
ETL: Talend, Boomi, Databricks, Azure Data Factory.
Low Code platforms: MS PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems.
