VP - Data and Application Integration- Salesforce

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President to spearhead our integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Salesforce, data integration, and data visualization tools such as Tableau. In this pivotal role, you will manage Salesforce-related operations, oversee system integrations, support Azure ADF pipelines, and guide junior team members. Your focus will also include maintaining technical documentation and driving continuous process improvements, ensuring optimal data flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Oversight

• Lead the integration of Salesforce with various external systems, ensuring smooth data transfers and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and manage integration issues, working closely with IT and other departments to enhance system performance.

Data Management

• Design and maintain workflows for Azure Data Factory (ADF) and support overall data integration needs.
• Contribute to data transformation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Reporting and Analysis

• Develop advanced Tableau reports and visualizations to meet business objectives.
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and drive decision-making.
• Provide training for Tableau users and serve as the main resource for reporting inquiries.

Team Development

• Mentor junior team members, offering guidance in technical and operational areas.
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure consistent team performance.

Documentation and Compliance

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure documentation is current and accessible for relevant stakeholders.

System Administration

• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Generate reports and dashboards for effective data analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the Salesforce sandbox environment and monitor user engagement.
• Address and resolve technical challenges within both Salesforce and Hubspot.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the financial sector.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and integration.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications (e.g., Outlook, Zendesk, Tableau).
• Strong skills in Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and data pipeline workflows.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, communication, and documentation skills.
