Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Design scalable and robust end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, including custom development and integrations.
Ensure architectural framework aligns with business goals and industry best practices
Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards, best practices, and performance considerations are met
Design and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, data models, and integrations
Plan and manage technical releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes



Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience managing external and other staff augmentation resources
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
****Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, SOQL, and SOSL.
Advanced Salesforce configuration skills including a firm grasp of automation
Proven track record of leading technical teams and projects
In depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities)
