Salary: circa £45,000

Join our client as a Salesforce Training manager and help their team reach new heights! You'll create fun and engaging training sessions, turning their employees into Salesforce superstars and making a real impact on the success of the business.



Key Responsibilities:

• Update training materials, including user guides, videos, workshops, and FAQs, to help new users get started and keep everyone up-to-date with the latest features as our product evolves.
• Collaborate with key team members to analyse and support new training and development needs
• Keep training materials and knowledgebases current and accurate
• Communicate any platform changes, including product release notes, to end users and stakeholders
• Work with the development team to support daily Salesforce administration
• Manage new employee onboarding to ensure they are swiftly trained on internal processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Stay updated on the latest training techniques and methods

Requirements:

• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Experience as a Salesforce trainer
• A good understanding of Salesforce including sales cloud, service cloud and pardot
• Great communication skills
