Salesforce Developer (Mid-Senior)

About the Company

Mason Frank International is in collaboration with our client, one of the Big Four Banks in Canada. We're looking for a Mid-Senior Salesforce Developer who has significant experience in design, development, and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem, as well as notable knowledge of Sales, Service, and especially Financial Services Cloud.

This role is a HYBRID model with 2-3 days per week in the office in Downtown Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain custom applications and workflows within Salesforce Sales, Service, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce solutions to support business processes and improve user experience.
• Ensure data integrity and security by managing permissions, roles, and data access within Salesforce.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and configurations.

Skills:

• Proficient in developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Have a strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.
• Skilled in creating and customizing reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Have experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, and Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
