    The Role:
    • Primary Contact and Specialist: Serve as the primary contact and key specialist for a designated business area or product, ensuring a thorough understanding of how solutions are leveraged to meet business objectives.
    • Deep Business Insight and Requirement Collection: Develop a strong grasp of business needs by collaborating with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product development aligns with both business and user demands.
    • Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Work closely with Product and Engagement Leaders to establish a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that support company goals; prioritise updates and manage tools to communicate project tracking.

For this role you would oversee the in house salesforce centre of excellence and the relationship with the salesforce consulting business as well as being hands on with development.

    Responsibilities:



    Salesforce and Systems Administration:

    • Design and enhance Salesforce environments to optimize client management across all programs and departments.

    • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
    • Familiarity with middleware tools like Datablend.
    • Advanced SQL administration skills preferred.
