Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud within a professional setting.
  • Strong proficiency in executing automated CRM campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with tracking/analysing campaign performance data in Salesforce
  • Skilled in creating and managing digital marketing assets.

Job Description:



We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help businesses optimize their digital marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a strong background in consulting and implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying marketing automation solutions to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing automation needs and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio.
  • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, and APIs.
  • Configure and manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting for personalized customer engagement.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients on SFMC best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing automation workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on expertise in campaign management, automation, and personalization.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, working with clients to deliver scalable marketing automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript for email and web personalization.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems via APIs and connectors.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Datorama.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing automation and personalization strategies.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.
