We're looking for an experienced
Office 365 Specialist to provide second and third-level technical support (L2/L3) across international locations such as Madrid, Paris, and New York. You'll act as a
technical escalation point for local IT support teams-
no direct end-user contact required.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Provide L2/L3 technical support in a high-volume global environment
🔹 Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tools: Exchange Online, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
🔹 Lead and collaborate in
email migration and integration projects 🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the M365 ecosystem
🔹 Coordinate with distributed IT teams across different time zones
🔹 Manage Azure configurations with a focus on visibility, security, and resource optimization
🔹 Work with cloud platforms and SaaS integrations
🔹 Contribute to IT security management and technical documentation

Tech Skills: ✔️ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
✔️ Experience with Azure administration (visibility required)
✔️ Familiarity with Power Platform, BI, networking, and email protocols
✔️ Knowledge of security tools and cloud environments
