Responsibilities:

Assume ownership of Salesforce administration functions, including user access and management, support queue monitoring, 3rd party SFDC app support, data loads, and exports, with a customer-centric and deadline-oriented approach.
Collaborate closely with the technical lead, project manager, and business members to grasp requirements, use cases, and expectations.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with fellow developers and the project manager.
Efficiently manage workload, provide status updates, and ensure timely execution.
Deliver high-quality results that align with specified requirements and expectations.
Tackle tasks of all sizes with enthusiasm and focus.
Conduct thorough testing on all deliverables.
Cultivate a deep understanding of business requirements.
Offer production support coverage as necessary.

Qualifications:

Possess 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in both LWC and Aura Components.
Strong grasp of communication options between components in the Lightning framework.
Familiarity with Visualforce Pages.
Experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with VS Code, sfdx, and git.
Knowledge of calling Rest APIs from Apex is advantageous.
Previous experience with Java or .Net is a bonus.
Exposure to other programming languages like Python is a plus.
SFDC certifications are beneficial.
