ESA2- Senior Salesforce Developer

The Senior Developer collaborates with various stakeholders, including Senior Executives, IT groups, business units, external vendors, partner clubs, and affiliates, to translate organizational needs into Salesforce software enhancements, developments, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, integration developers, and system owners to design, test, and deploy solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Update technical documentation based on assigned requirements.
• Develop and update Apex code to support business needs.
• Address complex issues escalated by junior team members.
• Lead Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Work with other IT/Developers to design and integrate APIs across the organization.
• Lead projects related to DevSecOps planning and implementation.
• Gain a deep understanding of the AAA brand and its impact on people, culture, business, customers, and communities to apply this knowledge to the role.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including exposure to complex development, data dashboards, interfaces, and integrations.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II.
• Proficiency in languages such as JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, C#, C++, SOAP-based web services, AWS, Azure.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience with multi-system architectures and redundancy design is advantageous.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development.
• Ability to gather and consolidate requirements from various groups.
• Familiarity with RDBMS solutions and cloud platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical, and Agile/Scrum skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GearSet is preferred.
