Senior Salesforce Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on configuration and development within Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud, utilizing tools such as Flow, Lightning Component Framework, Apex, and Visualforce. Conduct or supervise code reviews as necessary.
Translate business needs into well-structured solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.
Enhance existing codebase, focusing on performance, reliability, and feature enhancements.
Address technical issues, troubleshoot, and resolve reported bugs efficiently.
Participate in Architectural and Code Reviews to ensure team-wide adherence to coding standards and the Well-Architected Framework.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect to grasp system design principles, architectural patterns, and integration strategies.
Keep updated on Salesforce Development Best Practices, advance on the Salesforce Certification path, and maintain an active Trailhead profile.
Maintain a deep understanding of Iovance's Salesforce application, serving as an internal expert on its configuration and development.
Establish and uphold Salesforce coding and development standards, ensuring consistent compliance.
Adhere to Iovance Biotherapeutics' core values, policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Fulfill any additional tasks as assigned.
Availability to work during EST hours irrespective of physical location.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Platform development experience and 8+ years of overall development experience professionally.
Possession of Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I and II/Advanced Administrator/) is highly advantageous.
Profound comprehension of Lightning Component Framework, Visualforce, and Apex development.
Extensive familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
Substantial experience with Salesforce API, Web-Services, and Integration Patterns.
Proven track record in utilizing Field Service Lightning and Scheduling components.
Front-end development expertise with Lightning Design System and Aura Components.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external platforms using Salesforce Connected App and APIs.
Understanding of Environment Management, Release Management best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Exposure to security patterns like SSL, OAUTH, SAML, and encryption protocols.
