Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the Application Services team. In this role, you will contribute to our expanding Salesforce practice, enhancing the effectiveness of Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, Commerce, and MDM functionalities. Your responsibilities will include establishing Salesforce development best practices, a center of excellence, and release management protocols.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, testing, and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations. Collaborating with engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions within the SFDC platform, driving growth and future success. Your ability to excel in a collaborative, digital, and innovative environment is crucial, fostering innovative solutions in our inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.

Key Duties:

• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce.com API, 3rd party APIs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, SOQL, and web services.
• Create interactive UIs using Lightning Component Framework, Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Conduct data transfer and cleansing via APEX Data Loader and SFDC Import Wizard.
• Maintain eCommerce offerings on Salesforce through B2C Commerce.
• Execute unit testing and support various testing cycles.
• Analyze Salesforce releases and coordinate impacts with development teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies for full lifecycle engineering efforts on the SFDC platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities implementations.
• Participate in requirement meetings, create technical designs, and provide effort estimates for proposed solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and evaluate 3rd party apps on AppExchange.
• Provide support for SFDC Resolve Level 2 queries.
• Promote the re-use of Salesforce solutions by enforcing application standards and procedures.
• Communicate SFDC solution options to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Force.com development experience in a team setting.
• 7+ years of overall development experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration.
• Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs and integration with 3rd party systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development and Atlassian tools.
• Certification such as Platform Developer I or II will be advantageous.
