Mason Frank have partnered with UK based client in the Built Environment sector who are actively looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their newly formed inhouse Salesforce team.

Working on a Greenfield implementation you will be working across Sales, Service & Experience Cloud including MuleSoft integration.

Position: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote first with some travel to HQ in Hertfordshire

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through testing and optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the Built Environment sector is a plus.

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + comprehensive benefits package
