Salesforce Sr Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to join our clients team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce customization, integrations, and system enhancements, primarily focusing on Sales Cloud, Marketing, partner integrations, and other Salesforce-related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
• Architect scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and various sales and marketing tools, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, supporting their professional development.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools.
• Implement and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure stability and reliability of Salesforce applications.
• Manage deployments and handle release management within Salesforce environments.
• Offer ongoing technical leadership and support for Salesforce org maintenance and administration.
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on our Salesforce ecosystem.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and innovation in Salesforce solutions.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including configuration, customization, and development, with proven leadership or team lead experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines.
