- Manage proposal efforts for high-value contracts with government clients in the IT sector.
- Develop proposal outlines and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Oversee all phases of proposal development, including strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, and solution discussions.
- Maintain schedules, facilitate review sessions, and implement updates based on solicitation amendments.
- Lead proposal improvement initiatives and provide input on reusable resources like past performance and resumes.
- Conduct debriefs and lessons learned to refine processes.
- Support business development by contributing to market research and the creation of training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and significant experience in managing government proposals.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and regulations.
- Proven ability to write and manage proposals across various contract types and solicitation sections.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an aptitude for leadership and process improvement.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
