    Responsabilidades:
    • Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar soluciones basadas en IA en colaboración con expertos en diferentes dominios.
    • Validar la viabilidad de nuevas tecnologías y métodos para maximizar su valor y asegurar una operación eficiente.
    • Integrar desarrollos de IA en flujos de trabajo y soluciones existentes.
    • Mejorar y optimizar soluciones de IA en términos de precisión, escalabilidad y eficiencia.

    Requisitos:
    • Título (M.Sc./PhD) en informática, matemáticas o ingeniería relacionada.
    • Amplia experiencia en aprendizaje profundo y aprendizaje automático, incluyendo transformadores y modelos de lenguaje.
    • Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de sistemas de IA agéntica y multiagente.
    • Excelentes habilidades de desarrollo de software en Python y experiencia con herramientas de IA en la nube.
    • Experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas complejos y en IA confiable en aplicaciones industriales.
    • Actitud resolutiva, pensamiento analítico y fuertes habilidades de comunicación.

For this role you would oversee the in house salesforce centre of excellence and the relationship with the salesforce consulting business as well as being hands on with development.

    • Demonstrable coaching experience, fostering and empowering high performance teams
    • Experience leading or supporting squads from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams incl. P&L and forecasting
    • Commercially minded, detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience within Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech or Business Services industries is beneficial
