    Senior Functional Consultant (Salesforce)

    Are you an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant looking to step up into a leadership role? Do you want to manage teams, engage with clients, and play a key role in presales? If you thrive in a fast paced environments and speak Dutch and/or French, we want to hear from you!

    The Role

    As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll take ownership of projects while mentoring junior consultants, managing client relationships, and driving presales activities. This is an opportunity to blend your technical expertise with leadership and business development.

    Your key responsibilities:

    ✅ Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects for enterprise clients

    Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed

    ✅ Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

    Support presales efforts, including solution design, demos, and proposals

    ✅ Stay ahead of Salesforce trends and advise clients on best practices

    ✅ Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalable and efficient Salesforce designs

    ✅ Apply project management skills to drive successful implementations

    What We're Looking For

    🔹 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

    🔹 Strong experience in stakeholder management and business analysis

    🔹 Leadership skills - experience managing teams or mentoring junior consultants

    🔹 Ability to support presales and business development

    🔹 Experience with solution architecture is a big plus

    🔹 Strong project management skills (preferred)

    🔹 Fluent in Dutch and/or French (English is a plus)

    🔹 Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage
