    Senior Salesforce Developer

    Location: Hybrid - Brussels, Belgium

    Our client, a financial services firm in Belgium, is transforming the way their customers manage investment portfolios. Due to an increase deman in their services they are scaling up and in are in need of an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join their innovative team and drive the evolution of their Salesforce platform to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the Salesforce platform and ensure seamless functionality.
    • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems.
    • Develop complex workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to support business processes.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
    • Stay informed about Salesforce updates and identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities.


    Key Requirements:
    • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
    • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and applications.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and declarative capabilities.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are preferred.
