Key Responsibilities:

✅ Administer and optimize Salesforce Core Clouds to enhance business operations
✅ Analyze and interpret business data to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions
✅ Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards
✅ Utilize Tableau or MicroStrategy to generate reports and visualize data for key business metrics
✅ Identify system enhancements and recommend best practices to improve efficiency
✅ Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce by implementing governance and quality control measures
✅ Facilitate user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and efficiency in Salesforce usage
✅ Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, and customer support to improve CRM processes
✅ Accommodate meetings and collaboration on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule

Required Qualifications:

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
🔹 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (required)
🔹 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Core Clouds
🔹 3+ years of experience analyzing business data and generating insights
🔹 Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
🔹 Experience with Tableau or MicroStrategy for data visualization and reporting
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs
🔹 Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and navigate conflicts
🔹 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
