JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in CRM or similar roles, emphasizing client relationship management.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, data analysis, Tableau reporting, and SQL.
Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
