Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Full-Time, Remote - USA Only)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our clients team as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the USA.

Responsibilities:
This role involves leading and contributing to critical business initiatives through effective process enablement and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in all phases of the business process lifecycle, with a focus on documenting detailed business requirements.
• Leading or managing major programs and projects to ensure successful completion.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges and desired outcomes, conducting discovery sessions to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Applying advanced technical principles and creativity to define and address business needs for complex initiatives.
• Documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluating and recommending solutions, policies, and technologies to meet specific needs and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Preparing impact analyses and feasibility studies for highly complex technology and business projects.
• Ensuring adherence to company standards and conducting inspections as necessary.
• Coordinating or participating in the creation of test scripts and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Supporting pre-production validation and managing change communication and training to ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for new implementations.
• Providing regular project updates to executive sponsors, managing scope, timelines, and conflict resolution as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work in developing business relationships and driving transformation initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or configuring ERP, CRM, or automation systems.
• Strong analytical approach to business process design with an emphasis on cross-functional efficiency.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira or Confluence.
• At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, particularly in documenting and refining business processes.
