Job Title: Territory Director - Financial Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to spearhead the growth of transformative data solutions within the Financial Services industry. In this role, you will work alongside top-tier technology partners to deliver innovative cloud-based and data-driven services. You will lead regional market expansion, engage with key clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leading cloud technology providers, such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and Tableau, to sell cutting-edge data solutions within Financial Services accounts.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through a variety of outreach methods including cold calls, targeted emails, social media engagement, and regional events to build brand awareness and increase market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other internal teams to define, scope, and present comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Take full ownership of the brand within assigned accounts, managing sales, delivery, and customer success from start to finish.
  • Navigate complex client organizations to identify decision-makers and key influencers across various business units.
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, manage forecasting, and update progress on deals in a timely manner.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas, driving growth in data engineering, analytics, and managed services within your assigned territory.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales within the technology services sector.
  • Background in cloud solutions, data management services, and/or AI, with knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and similar platforms preferred.
  • Proven experience co-selling with major technology partners.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to develop proposals, manage SOWs, negotiate contracts, and oversee pricing strategies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of client business needs and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing substantial ARR deals, particularly in the $250K+ range.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).

  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization within clients' revenue processes.


  • Configure and customize Revenue Cloud components to meet specific client requirements.


  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configuration, and implementation plans.


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Revenue Cloud features, updates, and industry trends.


  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Revenue Cloud usage and best practices.


  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and statements of work for Revenue Cloud projects.
