Overview

A well-established organization is undergoing a significant transformation of its core nCino platform to optimize operational efficiency and enhance digital capabilities within its key business lines. The company is actively working to refine its nCino implementation and seeks a strategic leader with deep expertise in the platform to drive this evolution. There is strong executive support for building a robust and effective nCino operating model.

Previous external engagements did not fully achieve the desired results, leading to a direct and focused approach to maximizing the value of the nCino platform. The current team includes business process resources and nCino administration, but there is a critical need for in-depth nCino subject matter expertise and team expansion to fully support and advance the platform.

Technical Scope & Role Requirements

The current nCino platform is primarily focused on supporting critical business functions, with opportunities for further optimization and expansion into other relevant areas. A key strategic objective includes the implementation of enhanced analytical capabilities within the nCino environment. The technology landscape includes Salesforce, with nCino as a tightly integrated and critical application, both under the leadership of this role.

Director Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical product manager or platform leader with a strong focus on the nCino platform to define the strategic vision and drive the execution of our nCino roadmap. This role will involve managing a team and will be responsible for:

• Re-assessing and optimizing nCino product structures, workflows, and data models.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to define nCino requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery within the platform.
• Providing comprehensive oversight of the integrated Salesforce and nCino environment to ensure effective governance, data integrity, and return on investment in the nCino platform.

This is a high-impact opportunity with significant executive exposure, offering the chance to take ownership of and substantially influence the organization's core nCino infrastructure and its impact on key business operations. This position requires a full-time presence in the local metropolitan area.
