About the Role:



Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud, who can drive digital transformation and business process optimization using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on Salesforce implementations, ensuring system integrity, security, and performance optimization.
• Oversee and guide the design, configuration, and integration of Salesforce components, including workflows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), custom objects, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business users to ensure seamless Salesforce adoption and utilization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements while aligning them with technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, integration patterns, and data architecture.
• Experience with process automation, custom development, and system integrations.
• Ability to lead Salesforce implementations and enhancements, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
