The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on, DevOps-savvy Salesforce Technical Architect to drive two major Salesforce implementations-a complete refresh of an existing system and a new rollout leveraging Sales Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you'll be encouraged to broaden your skillset daily while working alongside a small team of experts. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and scalability.
Provide hands-on development support when required, working with Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Oversee DevOps strategy, ensuring streamlined deployment pipelines and system automation.
Strengthen security across the Salesforce platform, implementing best practices and compliance standards.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Drive innovation and enhance system performance through continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, ideally within large-scale implementations.
Strong Salesforce DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
Hands-on Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, API integrations, Flows, and Triggers).
Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and compliance.
Ability to work autonomously, problem-solve proactively, and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be based in Sweden and open to travel to Stockholm when required.
