Salesforce Tech Lead - InsurTech

Mason Frank have partnered with a global consulting business who have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the InsurTech space.

Operating in a Tech Lead role you will be responsible for delivering innovative/ cutting edge salesforce solutions that will help transform the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Consultant & Architect) are a plus

• Base salary range 100k to 120k + comprehensive benefits package
