Job Title: Martech Solutions Architect

Our client is seeking a Martech Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and optimisation of our marketing technology stack. In this role, you'll serve as a technical leader, ensuring seamless customer experiences, efficient marketing operations, and alignment between cutting-edge technical solutions and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and flexible marketing technology architecture, evaluating tools and platforms to enhance the Martech stack.
  • Design and implement solutions for personalisation, campaign automation, and customer journey orchestration, ensuring robust data governance and compliance.
  • Partner with IT, marketing, and external teams to optimise workflows, align technology with business goals, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into accessible concepts and aligning solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Continuously optimise the Martech ecosystem, lead tool rationalisation, and recommend innovative solutions based on emerging trends.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong expertise in marketing platforms, including CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in API integrations, data architecture, middleware solutions, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred) with relevant certifications as a plus.
  • 7+ years in marketing technology roles, including 3+ years in an architect or senior leadership capacity.
