Mason Frank is working with a client in the manufacturing sector who are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our client's Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets our organization's needs and supports our strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning, who can deliver impactful solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Maintain, configure, and enhance the Salesforce platform, including CPQ and Field Service Lightning modules.
  • Customization & Automation: Develop and implement customizations such as page layouts, fields, workflows, process builders, and approval processes.
  • CPQ Expertise: Administer Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes to streamline sales operations.
  • Field Service Lightning: Oversee the setup and optimization of Field Service Lightning to support field operations, scheduling, and resource management.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, exports, and deduplication. Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborative Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and operations, to gather requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Release Management: Coordinate sandbox testing, change sets, and deployments while adhering to best practices in change management.
  • System Integration: Work with developers and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to ensure the organization leverages the latest features.




Requirements
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201).
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
  • Proficient in report and dashboard creation, data management, and security settings.
  • Experience with workflows, process automation, and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
