Position: Salesforce Sr. - Business Systems Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to partner with internal teams in optimizing business processes and enhancing system functionality. This role focuses on driving efficiency, improving user experiences, and supporting the organization's growth objectives, leveraging enterprise technology platforms, including CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Lead or contribute to significant programs or projects, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify and resolve complex challenges in workflows, system functionality, and operations.
  • Develop creative solutions for process improvements by applying advanced technical and business knowledge.
  • Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to guide development teams.
  • Evaluate multiple approaches to solve complex challenges and select the best solutions.
  • Analyze project impacts and conduct feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements.
  • Support pre-deployment validation, communication, and change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project progress, scope, and timelines.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or process optimization roles.
  • Proven ability to drive business transformation initiatives and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Analytical expertise in business process design with a focus on cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including documentation and process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly in workflow configuration and system administration.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM administration or related technologies are a plus.
