Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst
Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Salesforce Sr.
Business Analyst to partner with internal teams, ensuring our processes and systems-primarily built around Salesforce-drive operational excellence and enhance the user experience. This role plays a critical part in identifying opportunities to optimize processes and apply technology solutions that align with our growth objectives.

- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the business process lifecycle, with a focus on detailed business requirements documentation.
- Lead or contribute to major programs and projects, often acting as the project lead.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business challenges, driving discovery sessions to troubleshoot complex issues and manage resolutions.
- Apply advanced technical principles and creativity to define and address business needs for complex initiatives.
- Develop new concepts and approaches, evaluating alternatives to deliver the best solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate detailed business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Provide regular updates to executive sponsors on project scope, status, and timelines, and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Coordinate or participate in creating and executing test scripts, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and pre-production validations.
- Support change management efforts, including communication and training, to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder understanding of enhancements.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, with demonstrated expertise in building business relationships and leading transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or configuring ERP, CRM, or intelligent automation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cross-functional process design and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills- Admin-level experience working in an Agile environment (Jira, Confluence).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including documenting and refining business requirements and a strong understanding of Salesforce processes and objects.
